Manage Orders

The "Order Management" section is the most obvious feature. You can import orders from Etsy and manage them in the app. You can also perform a few other tasks such as adding tags, note, fulfil order and cancel order.

You can import the orders manually with a click on Import Etsy orders available in the Orders section of the app.

Orders are imported based on filters with fulfilled, Unfulfilled or all orders. Also date range can be set to customise the import.

Real-Time: Upon enabling Real-time orders sync from the settings, our program runs every one hour interval of time and pulls the orders data into the app from Etsy.

Please note the below criteria for Real-Time order sync feature:

• Unfulfilled orders:- Real-Time orders feature imports only Unfulfilled orders and it will not consider fulfilled orders from Etsy.
• Latest orders:- This feature imports latest orders(created time in Etsy) which means it will check the already latest imported order in our app and it imports latter orders from Etsy.

“To update inventory in shopify the combination of two options “Real-time order sync” and “create order in shopify after importing from Etsy” makes it possible to create the same product and update inventory successfully.”

If you want to import orders other than above criteria you need to import orders manually from the orders section in the app.

To get access to the following options, please enable settings. Create order in Shopify,Get customer email and Include the default note in Shopify order after importing from Etsy.
