Bulk listing

Select the Category Profile and Shipping Profiles and click on Add Products.

A window popped up to the left of the screen , Now filter out the products by collections, Search products with title or enable show all products button. After the products are finalised, add them using the add button or add all button to add all the products.

“To create a clutter-free environment , we recommend you to be ready with all profiles before carrying out the bulk listing process”.

Selected products are displayed on the right half fold of the screen. After confirming the number of products, just click on proceed. If you forgot to select the category profile and shipping profiles, you can also choose here and click on Save as draft or publish to push the data in bulk on to Etsy.

Unsuccessful listings

After saving as draft/ publish, products which are failed to list due to errors, will be available on the Errors page. Once neccessary changes were made on the shopify. Now navigate to the error page in the app and click on List on Etsy to push the previously failed products to ETSY.

And the same can be repeated until 0 errors noticed and to list each and every product.
