Listing

Click on Export/List to Etsy -> List Single Product tab. All the products which are available on shopify and not in Etsy will appear here. Two ways you can list the product one among is individual listing and the other is bulk listing.

Once you select a product and click on List on etsy, you will get a form where you can fill details to push it further to Etsy.

“Fill out all the details without any error against Etsy validation. while listing you can opt for select profiles if they already exist in the application”.

Let's go into the form in very detail: There are some limitations in Etsy to list the product which are as follows.

Listing Title

• Title should not contain special characters such as $ ^. But can be included % : + not more than once.
• Product titles should contain no more than 3 words in all capital letters.
• The maximum length of title can be upto 140 characters.

Description

• HTML tags are not allowed in etsy product description.
• Etsy doesn't accept empty descriptions.

Photos

• The maximum of 10 images can be uploaded on Etsy listing.
• You can change the order of photos by dragging. First photo would be the primary image.
• Photos to product variations will be set automatically as in your Shopify store.

Category

Category contains main attributes of your product. You can provide all details manually or you can create a template for the same for reusable.

Manual: You can select this option and proceed with filling details mentioned in the form. Things to remember while filing this area.

• Provide the details such as Occasion, Section, Recipient, Brand and Model number which are optional.
• Tags: Etsy allows upto 13 tags. It accepts a maximum of 20 characters in each tag.The special characters except - ‘ ™ © ® are not accepted.
• Materials: Etsy allows a maximum of 13 materials. Special characters are not allowed in the materials.
• Total quantity: total quantity must be at least 1.

Select profile: If you have already created the template, please enable this option and choose the template.

Inventory and Pricing

Price & Quantity: Enter price and quantity, and if required click on checkbox to apply the same to all variants.

Variations

It is a catalogue of variants with options, price, Qty, SKU and weight. You can also customise them from here.

Shipping Info

Select the existing shipping profile from the dropdown menu or click on Fetch from Etsy to opt for the one which is already available on Etsy.

To create a shipping profile from the app, Go to the Shipping profile tab which is on the left side of the dashboard and create a profile for reusable purposes.
